Collectively Owned Projects Beyond Borders
Data Ups are project setups which are frequently timestamped: they are owned and executed by a specific collective community.
If you'd like to donate a park to a specific group of people, for example, and these people are also meant to maintain the area:
In return for their efforts and contribution, the area is equally owned by each stakeholder within your community. The requirement for the ownership of a part of the Data Up should always be the active participation of the respective stakeholder.
Data Ups are particularly effective as functional structures for social initiatives located in border regions with unclear legal and other characteristics, one example being the connecting locations between Palestine, Israel and the West Bank. Here, it is challenging for groups of civilians to organise and execute community centered projects across borders. By forming timestamped, collectively owned and well thought through efforts and management structures, Data Ups make use of the newest technologies in order to enable lasting, improved acts of collaboration between different stakeholders who are at the same time the beneficiaries and the owners of the Data Up.
- The Datanomic Law -
The Rise Of A New World Order
The Datanomic Law brings closer people of all countries. It is a system of rules that form the basis for truly collaborative action of people based on factual information and findings (data) - beyond borders.
The aim of the Datanomic Law is to improve the wellbeing of, and collaboration between all people.
The Datanomic Law as a framework of rules is positioned independently from the legal framework of a state.
It is a framework that is based on trust and community oriented action.
Community is defined as the total number of human beings on earth, regardless of their cultural background, current location, age, gender, sexual orientation or race.
It is strongly suggested that the Datanomic Law be embedded in frameworks of nation states over time, more specifically in the financial and legal realms of states.
By and by, more features will be included, for example ways to structure the collaborative usage and ownership of objects and the ownership of such collaboratively used objects across borders.
We are starting off into a new world order that aims to contribute, if possible, to the world order we are still living in as humans today.
Even though this attempt is entirely peaceful, a polite criticism of the current systemic structuring of the world order must be expressed – to question the necessity of a divided world, largely due to the protection of nation states – and give room to a different, altered reality.
If we can construct a new world order that begins beyond nation states and supranational entities, for the mere reason that we can so effectively probe the geographical, as well as the many other limits of the nation state based on unquestionable historic facts such as wars – if we can declare and foster a new world order beyond our differences and our continuous segregation – towards unity and community beyond borders…
Should we not?
The truth is, we can create a deeper, more inclusive and global layer of law. We must engage in a dynamic evolution to organise people, things and abilities of our amazing global community beyond borders because we have proven to be too fast, flexible and mobile for the current form of national legal systems of states.
Everyone naturally assumes the limits of his or her own perception to be the limits of reality as a whole.
You don't have to understand it fully - but just try to imagine it: one world, one humanity, one legal system - for all.
Let Datanomic Law be used to grow human harmony as a totality on earth.
Let it be the key to understanding everywhere.
