Our world is full of topics that demand female leadership but that, in a man's world, are difficult to be addressed. Female Leadership Crisis Intervention Sessions explore such topics, their impact on our lives and strategies to deal with them.

Female Leadership Crisis Intervention Sessions are a twice-weekly initiative offering women a safe, confidential, and collaborative space to learn about and navigate pressing issues together.

Female Leadership Crisis Intervention Sessions are virtual gatherings held every Monday and Friday during times that make sense in EST, PST and CET. Sessions are designed to provide women with an exclusive opportunity to:

  • Learn about selected contemporary global issues that can significantly benefit from a united and collected female voice and answer.

  • Foresee or share how these issues influence or can influence work, communities, private lives, beliefs and more.

  • Develop collective and individual strategies to cope, lead, and thrive.

The sessions connect outstanding women of different ages, cultures, professions and areas of expertise who want to learn about and navigate contemporary issues as a way to shape society together.

The Three-Part Structure of Every Session

Each 45-minute session (with optional overtime) follows a clear and helpful format to ensure maximum constructive impact:

  1. Contemporary News Discussion

The session begins with a deep dive into a selected difficult timely news topic.

Topics are selected based on the existing presence of a female voice.

Topics that lack female leadership are favoured.

  2. Sharing Perspectives and Experiences

  3. Participants share how the topic affects their belief system, work, communities, or personal lives.

This is a Chatham House Rule environment where individuals can speak openly with an intention to strengthen a collective, constructive female voice that enables fruitful results.

  4. Strategizing to Cope and Lead

Each session includes an exploration of best actionable coping or performance strategies and leadership solutions to leave the participants with actionable takeaways.
